at the intersection of Hwy 212 and Hwy 138 in Conyers, Georgia. The

We are right across the street from the Rockdale Medical Center
building called "Heritage Medical Plaza". There is a new Publix
supermarket across the street on Hwy 212. Parking is available and
handicap accessible. You may print a map from Yahoo! Maps to help you.
DIRECTIONS FROM CONYERS/COVINGTON
From I-20, take Exit 82, which is Hwy 138 south for 1 mile.
Hwy 138 turns east towards Stockbridge at Wachovia Bank across from Conyers Honda.
Continue on Hwy 138 for 4.5 miles, passing Heritage High School on right.
We are on the right just before the intersection of 212.
DIRECTIONS FROM STOCKBRIDGE
Take Exit 228 off I-75 onto Hwy 138 going east.
Hwy 138 turns right at intersection with Wal-Mart, continue on 138
east, cross Hwy 155 and continue for almost 5 miles to Hwy 212.
Immediately after intersection of 212 we are on the left across from Heritage Medical Plaza which is on the right.
DIRECTIONS FROM MCDONOUGH HWY 155
From the center of McDonough, go north on Hwy 155 for miles 9 1/2 miles.
Take a right onto Hwy 138.
Go almost 5 miles on Hwy 138 to just past intersection of 212.
After the intersection we will be on the left right across from Heritage Medical Plaza which is on the right.
DIRECTIONS FROM MCDONOUGH GA 20
Take Ga 20 North from downtown McDonough for 9 miles.
Take a left onto Hwy 212 and travel north for 7 miles.
At intersection of Hwy 212 and Hwy 138 take a right. Just
after after the intersection we will be on the left side of the road
right across from Heritage Medical Plaza which is on the right.
